TIPS@TIMed is a regional Technology Transfer Office (TTO) project of National Biopharma Mission (NBM) under Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) set up at SCTIMST-TIMed (www.timed.org.in). The mandate of TIPS@TIMed is to sensitize, train, build capacities and facilitate IPR and technology transfer and commercialization activities in academia, research institutions (both public funded and private), startups and SMEs within the geographical regions of Kerala, Tamil Nadu (except Chennai), Pondicherry and Andaman. For beneficiaries in other regions, TIPS@TIMed will facilitate interaction with networks of other RTTOs across the country. TIPS@TIMed is one of the seven RTTOs set up by National Biopharma Mission (NBM).
